Here at AB Valeting, we do 3 to 4 valets per day and send text message reminders 2 to 3 days prior to the customers booking to confirm. Unfortunately, we are seeing a large increase in customers not turning up for their bookings.
We ask you kindly, if you cannot make your agreed appointment time, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the booking date and time.
Moving forward, if this continues to impact business, we are going to have to request a deposit when booking.
